Thanks for the comment. I smiled alot writing it. Making wine and and the activities that go along with it (like wine tasting) is a blast. Just remember that there can be failures. laugh at them and keep going.

Few years back I got myself into wine making from kits. Easiest thing in the world for you folks that haven't tried it. So after making oodles of kits, I figured I was ready for the big show. Making wine from scratch. Now maybe i was drunk on my good stuff from kits, I don't know really, but I decided to make Rhubarb wine. You know the nice sweet thing growing in every country backyard. Did my thing, bottled it and put it in the cellar to age. This stuff was supposed to take a year or so to be really good, but whatever I had lots to get me through till this stuff was done.
Great fun, would definitely recommend having a go to those who haven't tried it!
